Scope of services
Clinician Standing is operated by HoldCo, a Delaware C corporation. The subscription manages recurring obligations for clinicians named on your roster. New licenses, payer enrollments and registrations are transactional work, quoted separately at the rates on the pricing page.
Authority limits
We prepare filings and hold accounts where a formal delegation mechanism exists. We do not sign on a clinician's behalf. Form CMS-855I states the practitioner is the only person who may sign and that the authority may not be delegated. Roughly four touchpoints per license require the clinician personally, as described on how we work.
Client responsibilities
- Accurate roster information and prompt notice of joiners and leavers
- Clinician availability for identity verification, signature and fingerprinting
- Disclosure of adverse actions, malpractice history and prior denials
Fees
Subscription fees are billed monthly per clinician on the roster at the start of the billing period. Government and board fees are pass-through at cost, itemized on every quote, with no markup and no handling percentage. Transactional work is invoiced on filing.
No guarantee of outcome
Licensing and enrollment decisions belong to state boards and payers. We commit to the preparation, the filing and the follow-up. We do not commit to an approval or to a board processing time.
Partner relationships
Where we receive compensation from a vendor, the relationship is published on the vendor register and delivered to clients annually. We make no claim of independence or vendor neutrality while any such relationship exists.
