We already hold the requirements table for every state and profession the group operates in. That means we can price a candidate before the offer: which licenses they can carry into your states, which need a fresh application, what the fees are, and how many weeks until they can bill. A candidate who is already compact-eligible and enrolled with your payers starts earning months before one who is not.

What we run

• Sourcing against a licensing profile, not just a specialty and a zip code
• A time-to-bill and cost-to-onboard estimate per candidate before the offer
• Primary source verification started during the offer window, not after start date
• Licensing, registration and payer enrollment filed in parallel from day one

Pricing

Placement fees are quoted per search and disclosed in full, including any compensation we receive from a third party, on the vendor register. Filings for a placed clinician are billed at the published rates with your volume discount applied.
