Why a single calendar matters
A lapse produces no alert. Payers terminate network participation without notice and claims deny from the termination date forward, so the first signal is a denial batch that arrives weeks later. Published lapse rates across multi-state rosters run 3 to 7 percent a year. Reinstatement costs more than the renewal in every state we file in.
Rates
Renewal management runs $189 per filing, falling to $109 at volume. Groups on the subscription pay nothing per renewal; renewals are inside every tier. Board fees are pass-through at cost.
