Why it goes wrong
A medical staff office sends the reappointment packet to the clinician, not to the group. It arrives in a personal inbox during a clinical week and sits there. Privileges lapse quietly, the clinician is removed from the call schedule, and the group finds out when a case cannot be covered. Nothing in the licensing calendar catches it, because privileging is not a licensing obligation.

Reappointment management is inside the Full lifecycle subscription tier. Initial privileging applications are transactional and quoted per facility, since packet requirements vary widely between institutions.
